Order Processing:

Our team will process your order as soon as we receive your transaction receipt. We aim to process your purchased items as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to complete your order.

We offer free delivery on all orders over 350 EUR

We ship delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Therefore, deliveries to countries outside of Hong Kong SAR may be subject to local import taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
