2. Item Condition: The item for exchange must be unused and kept in its original packaging and tags.

4. Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer, unless due to product defects or errors in shipping.

Order Processing:

Our team will process your order as soon as we receive your transaction receipt. We aim to process your purchased items as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to complete your order.

 

We operate from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Hong Kong/Mainland China: Free Shipping
Rest of the World: 25 EUR

 

Free Shipping:
We offer free delivery on all orders over 350 EUR

 

Delivery:
We ship delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Therefore, deliveries to countries outside of Hong Kong SAR may be subject to local import taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility. The shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to inform you of any costs. Please be aware that this may delay your delivery time. It is your responsibility to pay any necessary charges for local authorities to release goods held at customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot inform you of the costs in advance, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
